Hello, i have a 1 month cochin silver and a 3 day old. I hatched both from incubator. Thankful for the info on this site i decided to join! So hello! Ill post a pic soon of chirp the 1 month old.. no idea what gender

Looks to be a mottled bantam of some sort..maybe a mottled bantam cochin. Go to the site suggested in your other post.

Usually I won't touch a bird that young with a ten foot pole... but no pullet in the world will have a comb that pink at four weeks. That's a cockerel.
