(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? I am very new to chickens. I got my first ones in May of this year.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now? a total of 7 but 2 of my chicks are roosters and my neighbors would kill me if I kept them so I have found a good farm for them to go to when they start crowing

(3) What breeds do you have? I am not sure the breed of my chicks but I have 2 austrolorps and 2 easter eggers

(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com? searching the internet to educate myself on how to care for my chickens. This has been the most informative site I have found.

(5) What are some of your other hobbies? My kids lol

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. I have 4 children (2 adult and 2 still in school) I also have 2 grandchildren. I am a nurse and I work in a level 1 trauma center emergency room in Kentucky. I also have 3 dogs and one Crested Gecko. All of this keeps my very busy so I don't have much in the way of hobbies. lol

When your chicks are 6-8 weeks of age, you can post photos of them at "what breed or gender is this?" The folks there will sort them out for you. Hope they are all pullets.
