Hello, have been searching here decided to join. I have three chickens, California White, autralorp (SP?) and Brahma. Have two dogs, German Shepard and a mixed rescue dog. Have two cats as well. Live on 10 acres in the country. When kids were young had two chickens that were hatched at their school. They both lived over 10 years. What I have learned now it's amazing they even made it past one year :).

Chickens are fairly forgiving hey? ;) 10 years is awesome.

If you would like to share Pictures and Stories of your flock or other critters, you have come to the right place. BYC’ers never tire of these and do not back away slowly or commence eye rolling when the photo album or home videos come out ;)
