We are getting close to being finally finishing. Does the first coop build take this long? Our third weekend and seems like it’s taking forever! Luckily the chicks won’t be ready to move in for few more weeks

Ok, so we are almost there! Gotta throw some interior walls up (or do I?), chicken door/ramp, man door, BJ-57 on floor and outside paint. Couple roosts and drill some ventilation holes and it’ll be move-in ready! Then we’ll have to work on the run. After reading all that, maybe we’re not as close to completion as I thought . Any tips/comments appreciated!

Finally, the coop is done! Couple final touches (locks, paint, another perch or two, BJ57 floor) and the chickies will soon be moving in. Do you think there’s enough ventilation? Of course, after the run is completed. Hopefully that goes much quicker! I can’t believe how much they have grown in just few short weeks!
