Hey guys my name is Cat and I have 4 chickens. Two red roosters and two black hens I'm not really for sure what the hens are but I love them they love me they talk to me I talk to them my family thinks I'm crazy because I treat them like my kids. My rooster Scar has developed this issue on his top comb and his bottom comb the little red thingies that hang from his chin and I'm not really for sure what it is can you guys help me out with that one? And what do I need to do to help my baby

It is a 4x6x3 foot wooden kennel that I redid to house my flock. There is a door with hardwire mesh and 2 windows that are about the size of a post card in each side. And right now it's 29 and at night it's been in the 20's days in the 30s.
