I am completely new to raising chickens. My husband had them as a kid, so he had some knowledge. We have 15 bard rocks arriving the end of this month. We will be raising them organically, as I have health issues that require organic foods.
Our daughter and her family live next door and this is going to be a joint venture. My grandkids will probably use this in their homeschooling and 4H projects as they get a little older.
I stumbled across this group researching brooder heat plates and other things, so decided to join.
