Recently, a family member had found a lone black chick on the street. It's just the one, which concerns me, as it has no company. I joined for more advice and information on taking care of it, I really don't want to wake up to a dead chick corpse..

I can't really tell, but based on other online pictures, maybe about a week or so old? It fits in my palms, but its wings are really tiny.

A chick that size will need a supplemental heat source. And I would get it 2 more chicks of it's approximate age or give it to someone with chicks that can raise it into a flock. Good luck.
