never had chickens about two months ago looking on the net and found byc i was looking for info about chics i have been back to the byc site everyday and nite i went down to tsc they had chics had to get some i brought 12 cornish rock home everyone at home loved them
i went back to tsc and got 12 straightrun i kept them in two different coops for about two weeks then put them in a big coop together had heatlamps on them they kept getting in one corner of the coop i tried to add more lamps to keep them warm it was not enough they would cram in tight and lost a couple overnite i put them back in the smaller coops and in smaller numbers with the lamps on they are doing fine now how long should i keep them in the small coops?
