We are new to chickens and really excited about the possibilities. Still trying to decide what breed to start with.

I found BYC through Google.

I enjoy gardening, homeschooling our son and baking my own bread. I also do a little sewing when I have the chance!

My wonderful husband and I have 3 children. 2 daughters who are 25 and 23 yo and married and an 11 yo son. We are also honored to have my 87 yo father-in-law living with us. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats and a turtle currently residing with us. I am home full-time homeschooling our son and trying to keep up with life!!
