newbies in michigan!

Hi! We're Mike and Tonya and we live in Western Michigan. We have 11 bantams (almost 12 weeks) and 8 Rhode Island Reds (probably about the same age) and this is our first try at raising chickens! We plan to use them for eggs, meat, education and entertainment. Our 3-year-old has requested that we keep one as her pet- His name is Suzi- LOL! Can't wait to get reading and learn more here!
