Newborn chick can't move 1 foot

She was really late coming out of the egg I had to help her a little bit.. today is the 23rd day I could hear her peeping in the egg but today I finally cracked the egg a little and she was able to get out. But she cannot move the toes on one of her feet and she can't stand she just flips over on her back. what do i do??

How is she doing now? drizzle a wee bit of water along her beak regularly to ensure she does not become dehydrated > keep separated till she is recovered.
