Cute babies. Good of you to take the pregnant mom. I foster puppies and kittens. Those pups gets dewormed at 8 weeks, because it is assumed they have the mom's antibodies. Sometimes they worm them sooner, after checking the stool and finding worms. (When they have loose stool for more than a day.)
My guess is the pig skin caused the problem. As long as the pups are gaining, they should be ok.
You might want to bring stool samples from the mom and the pups to the vet, just in case.
