Newborn rabbit with blockage

Please help! 3-day old rabbit has a clogged butt and I’m not sure what to do/how to remove the blockage without doing more harm.

I took a paper towel, wet it with warm water and removed it. Hopefully I didn’t do it any further harm. As soon as I removed the blockage, a bunch of urine came out. Hopefully that is a good sign… it alarmed me at first. Please keep fingers crossed.
