I live in Central Arkansas. The hay is Bahaia grass I get from a guy I work with. (I am not sure about the spelling) I got a fresh round bale today and it was all I could do to roll it off the truck. I get a round bale for 20$. I just drop/roll it off the truck by my pen and strip it off by hand and load it into the hay rack. It really does smell like some kind of herbal tea. I guess there are flowers and herbs in his field. Try to find a source of hay that is convient for you.
