thanks for letting me join. there’s so much great info here. i’ve had chickens for about a year there’s 12 hens, 6 roosters (ex-boyfriends) along w/ 2 chicks 6/21 & 1chick on 7/9 & 1on 7/25 the last chick is being raised by 2 hens fire & beauty beauty is the first chick born & raised here her mom was a silkie but she died so i took her egg & put it w/brooding serama & they raised her & she hatched 3 other chicks earlier. it’s a learning curve for sure i don’t know what kinds i have the regular hens all came from tractor supply the pics are of beauty & 2 of her hatchlings they are my favorites at least in the top 21 thanks
