Hi there, I'm a first timer on BYC having observed from the sidelines for many moons.
I reside in the North East of England and have kept assorted poultry for as long as I can remember, I was given a sitting of Light Sussex bantams by an elderly neighbour when I was only eight years old, I now try to keep a nice type of Copper Black Marans and have just started with blue and splash Marans (eggs in incubator)
I find it fascinating to read of other people's successes, or otherwise, and try to learn what I can from folks with more experience, as they have often made the mistakes themselves.
I am looking forward to interacting with poultry folk from across the pond!
