anyone else in the middle of their first hatch?I can't tell if my 14 eggs are good.I put 2 under my broody silky and some look clear but with the yolk that doesn,tmove and others I can't see through, the shell seems so thick?I'm ready to crack one open just to see! They are different eggs though. some silkys some sebright and some BBC.? I,m more crazy then when I was pregnant!

Thanks for the warm welcome! I,ve grown up with chicks for easter and even longer and now i,m keeping my own in a pen. I have 3 egglayers and a lonely buff polish whose roo i took away(because i didnt want mad neighbors) and she hasn,t stopped calling for him since.my standards won,t take her in so shes all alone in her own pen waiting for some peeps to arrive!
