Other than a twisted neck, what symptoms does she have? Wry neck can be a common symptom of head injury, vitamin E or B1 deficiency, and seen in some diseases such as Mareks, Newcastles, and other respiratory diseases in late stages. Does your chicken have any coughing, wheezing, gasping, or other respiratory symptoms? For just wry neck, I would treat her with poultry vitamins including E, thiamine, and the mineral selenium, which is also found in egg and tuna, as well as sunflower kernels. She may need help getting water and food, and putting water into some feed may help her eat.

It sounds like wheezing and gasping her beak is always open

Newcastles is pretty rare. Where do you live? There are 3 types, and exotic Newcastles, the most serious type, is not seen in the US. Is the neck twisted or does it just look like it in the pics? Is she able to eat and drink? Can you see a vet? Many respiratory diseases are caused by viruses. Some are bacterial which can respond to antibiotics. If it were truly Newcastles, she would be very ill. Most times chickens with that are found dead. I would get her drinking, and on some vitamins.

I live in Las Vegas Nevada, Her neck is twisted yes
She eats and drinks just fine
I've tried but mostly none see chickens v.v and they don't have a vaccine available for it
vitamins such as the tuna and egg?

Yes , I would try the vitamins for the wry neck, and hopefully she will recover from the respiratory issue and wry neck.

Okay I'll do that
thank you for the tips and instructions I'll give them to her
(:
