Hi everyone. Yes I'm a newbie. Just bought 6 pullets and all the goodies. They have the Big Green Walk in coup to move into when they get older. I'm glad I found this group .You all seem amazing. My husband and I love in Manteca Ca. We have 3 children and 4 grandchildren (they can't wait to see their 6 new sisters so they can name them) . We have 2 Rhode Island Reds, 2 black and grey striped I think they said they were cartridge name , one Brown and 1 Leghorn. Whew am I going to be busy or what? Anyways A Big THANK YOU for being here for us. I'm sure I'm going to need help.

    Welcome!

Black and grey(white) could be a barred rock or a dominique.

Can you post pics of your new girls??

G’Day from down under chef Vayda [IMG] Welcome!

I hope you enjoy being a BYC member. There are lots of friendly and very helpful folks here so not only is it overflowing with useful information it is also a great place to make friends and have some fun.

If you would like to share pictures and stories of your flock, you have come to the right place. BYC’ers never tire of these and do not back away slowly or commence eye rolling when the photo album or home videos come out [IMG]
