Hello, I am wanting to raise a few chickens for eggs, I have been looking for a good breed. There are so many kinds. Does anyone have a sugestion on which kind I should try?

Your sex link hens are excellent layers, I prefer the black sex link. White leghorns are excellent layers of white eggs. I too like the barred rocks and australorps and buff orpingtons.
