We lost Calsifer and we took Chewie to his new home but got three new 5 week bantam mix I think one is mixed with auracona sp? And we added 2 road island reds
5 week mixed are named Sherlock Watson and Cersei and the RIRs are Spock and Kirk

Also now fighting lice and coccidiosis so it's been a long day we just got a new brooder

The new chicks bantam mix I do t have a clue lol they're 4-5 weeks old. Anyone have any guesses at breed? They all came from the same hen and clutch

Alright we rearranged some names because bonding have gone better for some... My roommate bonds very well with them as do my niece and nephew and well the chickens choose who they bond to lol... We also have our three additions and on Monday we will have three more beauties. We have also had our losses with two young chicks which happens so here's recent pics with updated names.

So much progress over 2 days

Day 1

Day 2 Sealing floor one more coat to go lol

Lots done still need to cement the edges for extra predator proofing, gate, netting on top with two beams so I can hang feeder and water, inside we need to make nesting boxes, install removable roost, paint last layer, add sand bedding, and hang water and feeder
