Newly acquired pullet/hen has weird scab on beak/cere

I got a polish hen from someone today. She is about six months old. After quickly examining them when I got home I saw one had a weird scab on the nostrils/beak area. I got another few polish along with this one, these ones and the affected hen all seem healthy weight and happy and have good feather condition. Eyes look healthy and no weird breathing noises.

What is it from? I added a picture.

To me it looks like a healing scrape/injury.

Those injuries can be from poking a beak through or being run into wire fencing or on some metal chick feeders.

Oh okay I was worried for fowl pox! My old hens had it last winter and it was a nightmare
