Newly acquired pullets with blood in feces.

Last Saturday we purchased a couple of OEGB pullets at a poultry show. They seem fine- eating, drinking, walking around, etc. Yesterday we noticed that some of the stools have blood in them. I'm thinking it's probably just from the stress but I'm not sure. I went to the page with the pictures and the ones that show feces with intestinal lining look like what I'm seeing, but again, not sure. My question is if this is from stress or if it is intestinal lining, how long would we be seeing it? In other words, if they seem fine otherwise, when should I start worrying?

Whenever I see bloody feces, I immediately think coccidiosis.
Think Corrid or amprolium based medicated feed or a dose.

Hopefully whatever it may be is not catching to your other healthy chicks. Could be bacterial inflammation of worse. Best of luck.
