Intestinal lining shed

Is it normal for chickens to shed their intestinal lining after Corid treatment?

I delt with Coccidia about a month ago and underwent treatment and everything cleared up, no lethargic chicks, all drinking and eating. I did two 1-week treatments (with a one-week break between).

Their poop seems normal 95% of the time, but every now and then I see a tinted stool almost pinkish red and stringy, pretty sure it's just intestinal shedding.

I'm not really worried but I just want to double check to make sure everything is okay.

Also, they are all around 7-8 weeks.
