hey everyone,
My broody hen has been sitting on three eggs for 21 days today and this morning I notice one chick was already out and doing great. one egg had no cracks and the other was cracked. Later in the day I went to check on the chicks and noticed another broke free but the chicks vent didn't look ok... Is this normal or something to worry about. If so what should I do? thank you in advance!

Yes it should be ok. You can put a little tripe antibiotic ointment or neosporin on it. Its navel is just open a little yet. That happens when they hatch pretty fast sometimes. Just don't let it get infected and make sure no other birds peck at it.
