This chick appears not to be able to stand up, but can scoot around on his little booty. Any idea of how to correct this or if there is any correction?

The legs go straight forward not out to the side. But the chick is sitting on them and will not stand up. It’s not what we traditionally think of a struggle leg, but maybe it could be fixed in the same way?

Thank you so much for the advice I need to get Nutridrench, but I think it was like $20 at my local tractor supply and I don’t have use for it real often. I was thinking maybe” save a chick”? He started standing and walking a little better but I do think he needs a little help still. He was not especially happy with me when I tried to prop them up
