I hatched out some chicks yesterday, and We had to peel the egg and the membrane off of one it was sad! He is chirping and everything, But he walks with his feet folded in and on the back of knees. Is he going to have a rough life or do you think he might be okay?

He may have curled toe paralysis. Make little boots to splint his toes. Use MoleSkin (IMO it's better) or a bandaid. He should improve in a few days. Be sure to put him in a small box with a towel so he doesn't slip.

Typically chicks that need help weren't meant to hatch due to problems (internally or externally). This is all too often the result and the chicks rarely do well or survive for more than a week.

Poor baby. I think helping them out of the egg is a "personal" issue. Cause once helped out the problems do arrise cause they weren't meant to hatch "as is" I am myself finding it best to leave well enough alone. It might be really painful for everyone else involved othewise.
