newly hatched chick keeps rolling over on back

I have a new chick that hatched yesterday. It was stuck in shell for a while (I was at work) so I had to help it out. It can't stand. It just rolls to it's side or back when I try to get it to stand. Any idea's what I can do to help? Looks healthy otherwise.

Not unusual in a newly hatched chick. I call it the roly-polies. Just keep putting them right side up and after a while they get it.
