that is as red as it has got. but he walks around everywhere else and doesnt do that.It'll be fine. Just pull him out quickly as to not disrupt the other eggs.

Some blood from a small unabsorbed yolk sac may have fallen in the water. As @nuthatched already said though, small amounts of blood on the chick or inside the egg is completely normal.that is as red as it has got. but he walks around everywhere else and doesnt do that.

To me it looks normal, yes, but if you are still concerned you can pick the chick up and double check.okay so this is normal ?
