newly hatched chick wing issue

I hatched out 4 chicks, one with a wing deformity and one with curled toes. I know what to do with the curled toes, can you tape wings?

I have heard of using popsicle sticks and taping the wing .. Not sure the outcome though .. But its worth a try...
