Newly hatched chick with “issue”

I have four silkie mix up eggs that are hatching today under my broody buff Orpington hen. The first on hatched fine but the second one hatched has a very distended looking abdomen and what looks like a prolapsed vent. Any thoughts? Today is day 19 so they are a few days early. I’m guessing the 100° heat is the cause? I’m not sure but I don’t know what to do with the chick.
