Newly hatched chick without eyes

Hi, I've just hatched a new batch of button quails. I noticed that one had difficulty moving, but its legs were alright. It's eyes still hadn't opened unlike the others, so I gently opened it's eye lid and saw that it didn't have eyes. There wasn't any blood and it didn't seem to be hurting from it either ant there was a dent where it's eyes would have been. And besides that, it didn't look like it had any illness or disease. It's able to drink water with a bit of help but it hasn't eaten yet. Any advice or help would be great! (I'll post an image soon)
