newly hatched chicks rolling eggs

I understand it is ultra important not to turn the eggs the last week. AND it is good to let the newly hatched chick stay in the incubator a while. Well she seems to be moving the eggs that are not hatched as she bumbles along. is this okay. or should I be removing her to another spot thus opening the incubator and letting out moisture every time one hatches?

If you keep opening it you'll eventually get shrink wrapped chicks.
They do kick them around but I don't worry about it.

thanks. This spring is my first attempt and this is my third batch. Success rate improving each time which is because of me, eggs, and weather. I think I am hooked. My dog is not happy with me.
