One of my runner ducklings hatched 2 days ago and can't stand or walk on his own. He seems really floppy and keeps falling over although he tries to get up. He's also having trouble drinking and eating. He's not eating much although he tries, he gets tired easy and every time he attempts to drink it comes out his nostrils. What is causing this or any suggestions to help him? These are the first ducks I have hatched the other one is getting around fine and eating fine.

I would get him some gro gel or sav-a-chick.

It is possible he needs nutrients, he could have a congenital problem, or even an infection. Perhaps @Amykins might be around soon...

I've been giving him the save a chick electrolyte and the probiotic. I monitor him during feeding and drinking but he's really having a hard time. He was having a hard time with the crumbles so today I started him on egg yolk but its also coming through his nostrils even when I give him small amounts so I'm rally at a loss for what to do.

I'd very gently look into his mouth to see if there is some kind of obstruction maybe a birth defect. You could look into the other ones mouth first to familiarize yourself with what it should look like so you'll know if something is wrong with this lil one.Very gently is the key here.

Sorry to report he did not make it through the night :(
