Newly hatched egg with red pouch near vent

Good morning!

An egg that I had incubated for the last 3 weeks just hatched this morning. I’m worried because he has a red pouch near his vent and this is my first time hatching eggs in an incubator. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It looks like a partially unabsorbed yolk sac/umbilicus. The good thing is that it does not appear to be that large. I would coat it with antibiotic ointment.
