Newly hatched Marans chick

his joints are swollen, almost look like bumblefoot. How do I treat this young ? I've have his feet together thinking spade leg??? Gave him some probiotics.
In his water. What do I do?

Can it stand and walk? Too young for bumblefoot. What type of bedding are they on? What are they being fed? I might try daily drops of poultry vitamins.
