Newly hatched quail crying - damaged neck?

Sorry guys, more questions from a worried father... lol

One of my quails that hatched today has started to cry a "lot" (compared to the others - I don't think I've heard any of the others in the brooder make any noise).
It seems to be crying both on the warm side and on the cold side (and moves from the hot side - after a nap - if I put it there).
They have food and water (I've dunked all their beaks in the water), and the others are runing around and/or sleeping happily.
This one moves around and sleeps as well, but start crying from time to time.

This little fellow seems to have issues raising its head (unless I pick it up that is), and (mainly) crawls backwards. It also likes to raise its head by pushing with its beak.
It didn't do that earlier, but my wife said that it was crying and might have been stuck in the corner earlier (one of the birds, might have been this one, did nosedive into a wedge in the incubator and I had to pull it back up).

Sometimes it moves forwards, and it likes to burry its head underneath its sleeping siblings. Seems sort of blind and clumsy, but might just be my paranoia.

I'll attach some pictures. Its the dark one.

It doesn't look like it has wry neck. The neck doesn't appear bent to one side in your pictures, at least. Do you have anything like Save-a-chick or Nutri-drench? They might help perk this one up.

It's possible that it will be fine in a day or two, or it might fail to thrive. The best you can do is keep an eye on it.

No, I don't have that. I read that eggs might do the same trick? (if so, raw or scrambled?)

I'll attach another picture of how it sleeps (all the time). A sibling stepped on it, and then it ran around like any other so I thought I had the wrong one, but then it went back to supporting its head up with putting its beak down on the ground.

Its feet look right to me (but I'm a noob). Can it be that it has issues with balance? Falling forward, hence normally walking backwards + supporting itself with its beak?

Egg isn't going to do the same as Save-a-chick or Nutri-drench. If I feed egg, it's usually boiled and crushed.

Edit: The feet look okay from what I can see.

Any idea what would be the equivalent for this in Europe?
Is it the sodium + vitamines A, D and E that we're looking for?

This chick is so weird; one minute I can swear its gotten a lot worse, and the next it acts sort of normal (for being a quail), and the next minute again it looks worse again. Add noob & worried to the mix... :barnie

Baby quail have the ability to go from running around being cute, to zonking out with no advance notice. Sometimes, they'll even stop what they are doing and fall asleep while still standing. It still freaks me out because I think they're dead.

I have a feeling your chick is okay. Keep an eye on it, make sure it gets enough food and water and that it can choose the level of heat it needs, whether hotter or colder. If it doesn't move away from the heat source, you may need to increase the warmth.

Yes, they all act like they're dead from time to time, but there is one that acts especially weird (seeming to struggle to keep its head up, forcefully pressing its beak down to lift its neck/head up + mainly running backwards).

It hasn't made much noise today so far though.
