Newly hatched weak chick help!!!

So I've had to help this little guy out of his shell last night as the membrane got a little dry so he couldn't get himself out. Since then he looks like hes got splayed legs and hes really struggling to stand up let alone walk! He's very weak and just wants to lay there. Is there anything I can do? Hes not eating or drinking, I've tried to seringe some electrolytes into him if that helps.

If you have Poultry Nutri-Drench give him 2-3 drops two times a day. If the legs are splayed then you can hobble him to see if that helps. Keep him on a surface like shelf liner so he can doesn't slide around.

How long has he been hatched for? Their legs will be weak for 12 or more hours sometimes. He may just need a day or so to perk up
