Newly hatched weak chick

My hen had a chick hatch the night after day 21 and the second hearly morning on day 23. (Today)

I noticed that the second one seems really week, always laying down and is wobbly and lays its head down alot.

Is this normal? The first one looked very spunky since right after it hatched?
Is there anything i can or should do? Electrolytes? Or nothing for a day or two since they are still absorbing from the yolk?

The first day, the chick is usually weaker and more tired but I would still keep an eye on it. If the weakness lasts until tomorrow, please update/tell us. But for the first day, this is normal

Ok thank you. The first one wasnt weak at all thats why i was concerned. Also i have on egg left under her. It went full term but i see no movement and we are now at 48hrs. If i need to intervene or mom needs to step up i might take the last egg out from uner her. If i still see that nothings going on.

You could give them a little sugar water and see if that peps it up.
