Newly hatched

8 hatched 4 more to go. They are a mixed breed. Before you guys get on to me about opening it. All of the ones on the right I have to hand turn. The duck eggs came to me already mostly formed. Momma had hatched out all of the ones she wanted to and abandoned the rest. They were brought to me to finish hatching. I only have 1 incubator right now. The bowl in there is because the incubator is now starting to leak and wouldnt go over 50% humidity

My friend is still learning with the ducks. I told her she needed to mark so many and take the rest away cause the duck was an egg thief. So we think there was just enough time between the ones that first hatched and these that momma probably thought they weren't going to hatch

Khaki Campbell, swedish black and one that looks like a mallard (cant remember what it's called.) That's what we know of. I bout the original eggs on Ebay for the father.

Yes rouen thank you lol. I've had ducks before but a fox decimated my flock of them
