Hello!

I have 3 hens around 26 weeks of age (see pictures below). Recently, last Friday I found one small green egg in their nesting box. I have not seen anything since. This egg is from an Easter egger. Can anyone confirm my all grey hen is an Easter egger? I am pretty sure the egg came from her. Should I just give her more time to get on a schedule? The other 2 hens are not laying at all.

Your hen has a bright red comb and wattles. She looks like she is ready to lay. And what a cute pullet egg! She has just come into lay and she needs some time to "get things right". The days are getting longer and that exposure to light is what regulates and prompts a hen to lay. I have a few pullets around 10 months old and they are still skipping days. I'm still waiting for my Bielifielder to give me a brown egg.
Your hen looks very much like my Whiting True blue hens. They lay blue eggs. EE are a mix of many different breeds. Most have cheeks or a crest, but colored egg layers come in all sizes and colors!

Awesome! Thank you so much for your insight! It is the cutest egg. The prettiest green. I wanted to make sure she is okay :)
