newpapers as bedding?

not sure if this is the place to post this or not...but does anyone use Shredded Newspaper as bedding for their coops.

I have used newspaper in the brooder before. It worked out just fine. The only thing with newspaper is thst it does not absorb moisture very well. I would but a bit of shavings in as well
