I normally avoid saying unkind things about anyone, but plain and simple, your neighbor seems to be a busy-body, and is also probably a nut-case. Unfortunately, most every neighborhood seems to have one...you just have the misfortune of having one right next door. There is no reasoning with, or placating those who feel entitled, and - being familiar with the area - I believe this IS probably a race issue too. Even if you re-homed your chickens, there's a good chance she'd find something else to complain about. For your sanity's sake, I hope she moves away.

I agree, that is why I clip their wings, but she (my neighbor) had dug a hole under the fence and lured the chicken with carrots on to her side of the fence and then took a picture and sent it to the judge as "evidence" I have a security camera on that side of the property.

Yes I did find good homes for them, I also had people calling and showing up at my house that live in Hollywood and keep chickens, they just came over to show their support.

She isn't the only one keeping chickens in Hollywood either, I contacted many people because Baron James asked if he could have more chickens owners to talk to, but she was the only one that would talk.
Anyway the chickens are gone and my neighbors are realizing that still don't like us and they will move (I can't move)​

I will keep you posted, in a few days we are filing the appeal, I don't see how we loose, she ruled that they are not a nuisance and then had them taken away, and my ducks which were never complained about! we were never cited or even had an email from code over the ducks and no court motions were brought against them, I still don't understand why she ruled that they have to go.
