Next feed to use?

Started on flock raiser for the runner girls.
They are 10 weeks old now and we are running low on food. What should I be looking for to feed them now?

That shows 0-10 weeks and 18+ weeks, but not 10-18.

If your talking about the little lines they mean that what ever feed was last used continues.
