Next steps for our recovering hen who had her wing ripped off by a coyote

Hi all,

3 weeks ago we had a coyote grab hold of the wing of one of our 4 chickens through the fence in their run (she likes to sun bath next to the wire...) Unfortunately, by the time I got to her the coyote had broke her wing completely off and had given her a pretty bad wound in the process. Since then we have isolated her in our basement in a dog crate, I have cleaned and wrapped the wounds, changing the wrap and re-applying vetericyn and neosporin ointment to the area daily.
She has made quite a good recovery, is eating and drinking normally, acting like everything is fine other than missing a wing and having a bandage wrapped around her chest/wing area.
At this point, she's starting to grow back feathers around the area and the areas that have scabbed over where there was a lot of blood are starting to flake off. The biggest issue, however, is there is a small section left from her wing bone that is still uncovered by skin (but parallel to the body), and I'm not sure what to do about it or if the skin will naturally start to cover it. I considered trimming more of the bone back but it's honestly so tight to the skin I'm not even sure if I could get behind it (or if I should).

Here are some pictures, they're not pretty but if you saw her the day of the incident you'd be amazed at how far she has come in three weeks.
Any and all advice is appreciated.
