What kind of money did the bunnies go for anyone know? Less then what I was charging ?

I was asking $10.00 each and always keep my eye out for places to sell, and will put that auction on my list if I can get at least $10.00 for them.

Neva

Ps what strange weather we had yesterday!!!

Anyway, have been to a few swaps. Would love to go to and learn from more. Will be hatching out my own chicks this Spring and would like to swap/sell. What do I need to know and what are the swap/sales i must hit?

You guys are really funny and seem to know a lot. Any advice would be awesome!

Topsfield, MA. I think it's only once a year.

Moving to NH would be fine, but you don't want to come to this crazy state!

How did the show go?

Not all peaches and cream for sure...

Sarah did great!! This show they do awards for just the first three places, she took two of the first three. Her buff silkie hen took first (show champion, pretty good for a silkie, especailly a buff at that-this was also a bred by her bird) and her dark cornish hen took 3rd place for the whole show. Got a trophy and money for each place (all she cared about was the money of course) She also got Reserve Pigeon (and more money), and they judged all the pigeons together Junior and Open. There were a few there too.
She also placed first in her showmanship class, even though Bobby was not being happy, he's been pretty grumpy the last couple of shows, she's thinking about retiring him and working with a younger pullet, he's been doing this almost 5 years and think he's about had enough. Still looks pretty good for an old man.
