What colors and how old are the Silkies you are bringing??

1 grey and 2 partridge (4 wk. old) chicks, a black cockerel and a blue pullet(I hope to sell them as a pair). The pair has great head and foot feathering but both have a little off coloring in the hackle feathers, but are very pretty none the less. Looking forward to seeing you there.

glad to see so many of the gang will be there. I will NOT have silkies. I will have easter egg chicks,an easter egg hen, a silver seabright hen, yokohama chicks, showgirls, frizzle pair, millie/ blue cochin crosses, and some started chicks that I think are pullets. it will be fun to see everybody.

I have several Pullets that I would be willing to sell to good homes. I have a Buff Laced Polish, White Crested Black Polish, black Silkie, Buff Silkie and a Buff Bantam Bramah. All are between 4 and 7 Months old. I also have two India Blue Peachicks that I will sell together for $50. They will be two weeks old by then. Let me know if anyone is interested in any of these and I can bring them to the Merrimack swap

OK, so my hens wasted 3 weeks in the coop sitting on a combined total of 27 eggs. So today I come home and all 3 hens are out of the coop, dust bathing and sunbathing. The eggs are all scattered in the coop! So I figure i will take them out and candle them. Well, out of the 27 eggs, there seems to be only one that has a mass inside it and that looks to have stopped growing. All the rest candled CLEAR!!! I think my roo is gonna be dinner! Only kidding. I am going to stop calling him s
"Studly" and rename him "Dudley" ....What a waste of eggs and time for the poor hens. But now the hens are in the coop setting on nothing. Should I NOT put eggs back for them, will they start laying again???
