Just a suggestion for the Craigslist postings on the swaps. PLEASE save the link they send you so you can go in and delete them after the swap is ended. There is nothing more fristrating that going to the CL listings and seeing posts for out of date evens, or contacting some one and being told "Oh, that sold last week". So if you could please save the link they send you for editing and deleting, it would be a big plus!

We are new to the chicken swap world (as I said in my last post) and we are interested in bringing two 20 week old polish crested bantams. I'm not sure how this actually works. They will be in a cage that will not be for sale (with food and water, of course). Should we bring boxes with pine shavings or assume people will have boxes for transport. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
