Okay... so... I am trying to give my ducklings some niacin and some brewers yeast. How much do I give to them of each and how do I do it. Also, I am actually really only trying to give it to one of my two ducklings. Will the extra stuff hurt the healthy one or will he be okay receiving it as well as the sick/hurt one?

How old are your ducklings? If they are both still young, niacin won't hurt the healthy one.

Brewer's yeast is very high in niacin, so you don't have to give them both yeast and niacin, one or the other will work.

I gave my ducklings niacin in their water. I would crush one tablet and sprinkle it into their waterer once a day.

all ducks require niacin, even older laying birds. The one who isnt sick does need it, not all will show signs of a deficiency. 2.5lbs brewers yeast per 50lbs of feed (they need more like 3.5lbs when they start laying), or 100-150mg niacin per gallon water, or 35mg niacin from 0-2wks and 30mg from 2-10wks, more isn't better.
