I have 6 Rouen ducks (4 ducks and 2 drakes) they are about 8 weeks old. one of my females has been bow legged for a while now and I thought it was just a birth defect. However recently she is having more and more trouble walking. I have read that a niacin supplement may be the answer but I'm concerned with how much to use. I want to add the supplement to the water supply that I keep in the duck pen so they can all get some but during the day I keep the door open and my RIR hens wander in and eat and drink out of their bowls. All of my birds free range for the majority of the day. Will the added niacin in the ducks water be harmful to the chickens?

Thanks!

Do you use the Avian Super Pack? It looks like exactly what I need for all my girls. Thanks a lot!
